“Jodie is fabulous. She has a genuine, instinctive understanding of cats and the patience and love it takes to care for them. I have been very impressed with Jodie's understanding of cats and her deeply held commitment to improving their lives. She understands that feral cats – and formerly feral cats – need human contact just as much as any other cat, perhaps even more. I sought her help with a formerly feral cat that I inherited last year when my best friend passed away. The cat can be very affectionate if he knows you, but it takes immense patience to win him over, as well as a calm and understanding personality and lots of love. Jodie offers all of this and more. So if you're looking for a cat sitter – especially for a formally feral cat - Jodie would be a great choice.”

“I’ve known Jodie for many years, and she is a highly responsible, caring, and kind person. She is a passionate animal lover and for years has devoted herself to volunteer work for animal rescue organizations including Best Friends and Puppy Kitty New York City. Whenever Jodie took care of my beloved cats, Maggie and Luther, she spent time playing with them and giving them special care. They loved her visits and were attached to her. I was sorry when she moved away from our area, and I have not found another cat sitter like her. I recommend Jodie Jacobs without hesitation.”

“Jodie was kind enough to cat sit and take care of Asher for me. He is the most sweetest, loving boy you’ll ever meet, but is definitely used to being spoiled by me big time! I am nervous as to whose hands I leave him in when I am away from home. I don’t hesitate to call Jodie as I know he will be in the best hands possible. Not only is Jodie very kind and loving to animals, but she is also a thoughtful, kind, giving, mindful and all around amazing human being. Her deep love and care of animals speaks volumes. I feel completely at peace leaving Asher in Jodie’s care and he loves all the attention he gets from her too! If you are looking for someone who will take care of your pet the same way you do then Jodie is the person for the job!”

“I have known Jodie Jacobs for 20 years, and she is a very kind and compassionate individual. These qualities extend to her great love of animals, especially cats and dogs. Jodie has taken care of my now 18-year old cat for almost all of the 20 years, and I can say that she is like a second mother to him. In addition to being kind and compassionate, she is extremely trustworthy and capable. You can rest easy when your pet is in her hands.”
